Welcome to SPANTU. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of SPANTU, including its browser extension, website, messaging features, and related services.

By using SPANTU, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SPANTU.

1. ABOUT SPANTU

SPANTU is a communication service designed to help people connect privately after discovering one another through shared online experiences, including YouTube Live.

SPANTU is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google or YouTube.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally permitted to use SPANTU in your location and comply with any age requirements that apply to you.

SPANTU is not intended for children under 13. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age to use an online communication service, that higher age applies.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through it.

SPANTU may use Google and YouTube account information to authenticate users and verify YouTube identities. You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate another person or organization.

You may not sell, transfer, or misuse another person's SPANTU account.

4. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN USERS

SPANTU allows users to initiate private communication with other SPANTU users.

Receiving a request to communicate does not require a user to respond. Users may choose whether to open, ignore, continue, or stop responding to conversations.

Users may also block other users. Blocking may prevent further communication between the affected accounts.

You are responsible for the messages and content you send through SPANTU.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use SPANTU to:

- threaten, harass, stalk, intimidate, or abuse another person;

- send unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious content;

- impersonate another person or organization;

- distribute malware, malicious code, scams, or phishing attempts;

- exploit or attempt to exploit minors;

- violate another person's privacy or intellectual property rights;

- interfere with, damage, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to SPANTU or its systems;

- use automated systems, bots, scraping tools, or similar technology in a manner that harms SPANTU or its users;

- use SPANTU in violation of applicable law.

SPANTU may restrict or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms or create a risk to users, the service, or third parties.

6. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of content that you create and send through SPANTU.

By using SPANTU, you grant SPANTU the limited rights necessary to process, transmit, store, display, and otherwise handle your content solely as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to send any content you transmit through SPANTU.

7. PRIVACY

Your use of SPANTU is also governed by the SPANTU Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how SPANTU collects, uses, stores, shares, retains, and deletes information.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

SPANTU may interact with third-party platforms and services, including Google and YouTube.

Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, policies, and requirements.

SPANTU does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, or actions taken by those services.

9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

SPANTU is under active development.

Features may be added, modified, suspended, or removed over time.

We do not guarantee that SPANTU will always operate without interruption, delay, errors, security vulnerabilities, or compatibility issues.

10. SAFETY

SPANTU provides tools such as blocking and other safety features to help users control their interactions.

However, SPANTU cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct, accuracy, or reliability of another user.

Use appropriate judgment when communicating with people you do not know.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The SPANTU name, branding, logos, software, interface, design, and other original SPANTU materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not give users ownership of SPANTU intellectual property.

12. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

SPANTU may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, address security risks, or protect the integrity of the service.

Users may stop using SPANTU at any time.

13. DISCLAIMER

SPANTU is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We make no guarantee that the service will meet every user's requirements or that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SPANTU and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, SPANTU.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms as SPANTU develops or as legal, technical, or business requirements change.

When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown above.

Your continued use of SPANTU after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
