SPANTU respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information SPANTU collects, how it is used, how it is stored and shared, and the choices available to you when using SPANTU.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you use SPANTU, we may collect information necessary to create and operate your account and provide SPANTU’s communication features. This may include your SPANTU profile information, account identifiers, messages and conversation data, Friends information, blocking and safety preferences, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
GOOGLE AND YOUTUBE DATA
SPANTU allows users to connect using Google and YouTube. When you authorize SPANTU through Google OAuth, SPANTU may access Google or YouTube user data permitted by the scopes you approve, including information needed to verify and associate your YouTube identity with your SPANTU account.
SPANTU uses this information only to provide and improve user-facing SPANTU features, including account authentication, YouTube identity verification, and functionality related to interaction with YouTube Live.
SPANTU does not sell Google user data, use Google user data for targeted advertising, or use Google user data to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
SPANTU’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
MESSAGES AND SOCIAL FEATURES
SPANTU allows users to privately communicate with other SPANTU users. Messages, conversation information, Friends relationships, blocking information, and related account data may be stored so that SPANTU can provide persistent conversations, account features, safety controls, and service continuity.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information collected through SPANTU to operate the service, authenticate users, provide messaging and social features, maintain account preferences, prevent abuse, improve reliability and security, provide customer support, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
HOW INFORMATION MAY BE SHARED
SPANTU does not sell personal information.
Information may be processed by service providers that help operate SPANTU, such as authentication, database, hosting, infrastructure, and security providers. These providers receive information only as necessary to perform services on behalf of SPANTU.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect the rights or safety of SPANTU or its users, or to investigate fraud, abuse, or security threats.
DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
SPANTU uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
SPANTU retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the safety and integrity of the platform.
Users may request deletion of their SPANTU account and associated personal information by contacting us at spantusupport@gmail.com. We will process valid deletion requests subject to information we may be required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate purposes.
YOUR CHOICES
You control whether to authorize SPANTU to access your Google or YouTube account. You may revoke SPANTU’s Google account access through your Google Account permissions.
You may also contact SPANTU to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your SPANTU account.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
SPANTU interacts with third-party services, including Google and YouTube. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms. SPANTU is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy as SPANTU develops or as legal and technical requirements change. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed above.
